UP-GRADATION PACKAGES
L&T RPM offers up-gradation packages for enhancing the utility of your existing machines to meet the changing technological trends in tyre manufacture. Some of the typical packages that we have offered in the past are given below
TYRE CURING PRESSES
- Up-gradation of tyre curing presses by furnishing VCL, PCI and SMO for handling radial tyres.
- Addition of mould centering device for accurate centering of moulds.
- Motorised Power mould adjustment units.
- Addition of PLC panels, MMI units, encoder, electronic and pneumatic instruments for real time process interfacing, monitoring and controlling of machine motion, curing functions and process variables.
- Alarms, message and monitoring display to enhance quality of curing.

- Training at L&T RPM - We also conduct training programmes at L&T RPM for your plant personnel in the maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, & electronic systems of our machines. Extensive coverage on the latest trends in technology is included as part of this programme.
